Rehoboth Springs Canada Inc. provides annual scholarship awards to students across Canada. Our goal is to encourage Christian students to pursue academic excellence while embracing godly values that will shape their lives and leadership. The Rehoboth Springs Award is more than financial support. It is an invitation to lead, serve, and inspire. We want to recognize and reward students who demonstrate outstanding leadership, community involvement, and a passion for building a brighter future for Canada and beyond.

About the Award
The Rehoboth Springs Award reflects our belief in empowering the next generation to lead, serve, and inspire. Rewarding and recognizing students for their dedication to community and academic excellence is one of the many ways all of us at Rehoboth Springs continue to inspire the next generation to invest their time in worthwhile ventures. Together, we are fostering a brighter future for our beautiful country and the world at large.
Award Types
The Rehoboth Springs Award titled, Building Brighter Futures provides two annual awards to encourage and support students in pursuing their academic and leadership goals:

  1. Rehoboth Springs Academic Excellence Award (College/University Category)
  • Two winners will each receive a $500 one-time award for the Fall term.
  • Rehoboth Springs Academic Excellence Award (High School Category)
    • Four winners will receive $250 awards, recognizing their leadership and service in their communities.

Eligibility Requirements
To apply, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a Grade 12 student attending high school in Canada during the September–June academic year, or
  • Be enrolled full-time at an accredited Canadian university or college in any year and field of study.
  • Provide proof of enrollment (e.g., student ID, transcript, or confirmation of enrollment).
  • Submit a 500-word essay following the instructions below.

Note: Applications are open to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and international students studying in Canada.
Essay Requirements
Eligible students must submit a 500-750-word essay addressing two or more of the following themes:

  1. How have you contributed or been contributing to your community to make it a better place?
  2. What does a “bright future” look like for you, and what are you doing currently to achieve it?
  3. How have you demonstrated leadership within your school, church, or community?
  4. How have your faith and values shaped your academic journey, and how are you giving back to society?

Essays should reflect truthfulness, originality, and alignment with the values of Rehoboth Springs.
How to Apply

  1. Submit your Essay:
  2. Attach Supporting Documents (Please submit the following requirements alongside your essay submission)
    • Proof of enrollment (e.g., student ID or transcript in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format, max 5MB).
    • Letters of Support (one from a teacher or professor in your current institution, and another from your community).
    • Applications must be submitted by June 30, at 11:59 PM ET.

Selection and Award Timelines

  • Application Period: January 1 – June 30
  • Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email within 8 weeks of the deadline.
  • Award Announcement: Recipients will be announced during the second week of September 2025.

Important Information

  • Essays and application materials become the property of Rehoboth Springs Canada Inc.
  • Winners’ photos, names, and comments may be featured on the Rehoboth Springs website or in the media.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate applications will be disqualified.
  • Scholarships may be forfeited if recipients cannot be reached using the provided information.
