Dear Parents, Teachers and Youth Leader
In today’s fast-paced world, children and teens are constantly exposed to a wide range of media. While many forms of entertainment are accessible, not all are uplifting or rooted in strong moral values. This competition is designed to guide children and teens toward media that is godly, enriching, and educational. Through monthly activities based on wholesome content, ranging from Bible-based animations to documentaries and faith-filled stories, children and teens will grow spiritually, intellectually, and emotionally. Each month will feature a focused theme, a set of fun, age-appropriate tasks, and a reward system that motivates continued engagement.
Our vision is simple; to nurture a generation of children and teens who are spiritually grounded, intellectually curious, and morally strong through intentional exposure to godly and educational media.
We’re excited to invite your children and teens to participate in the Lively Reflective Media Competition, hosted monthly by Rehoboth Springs!
The competition is open to two age groups:
- Junior Category: Ages 5 to 8
- Senior Category: Ages 9 to 12
- Teens: (Age 13 and above)
With your support, children and teens will have the opportunity to:
- Watch Bible-based videos from RightNow Media, YouTube or read selected articles/passages/books.
- Reflect on what they’ve learned
- Record short video reflections (“vlogs”) sharing Bible verses, insights, or creative expressions like drawings or storytelling.
- Submit their activities for a chance to win prizes and recognition
You can help them grow in their faith while developing confidence, communication skills, and a love for God’s Word, right from home, church, or school.
How the Competition Works
The competition runs monthly. New entries can be submitted throughout the month.
Each student may submit more than one vlog, but;
Only one prize can be awarded per student per month.
- Multiple submissions improve chances of winning, but submitting more than one is completely optional.
Participants choose which RightNow Media Bible videos they’d like to reflect on, offering flexibility and freedom to explore topics that interest them.

How to Submit a Vlog Video
HOW TO SUBMIT DRAWING/PICTURE
- Take a picture of your drawing/picture
- Save the file using this format: FirstName_Month_Year.jpeg (e.g. Emmanuel_August_2024.jpeg)
- Go to: www.rehobothsprings.ca/vlog-upload.
- Complete the short form with your child’s name and grade.
- Submit the drawing/picture and watch for confirmation.
HOW TO SUBMIT A WRITING PIECE
- Save the file using this format: FirstName_Month_Year.pdf (e.g. Emmanuel_August_2024.pdf)
- Go to: www.rehobothsprings.ca/vlog-upload.
- Complete the short form with your child’s name and grade.
- Submit the document and watch for confirmation.
HOW TO SUBMIT A VLOG VIDEO
- Record your child’s 1–3 minute video using any smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Save the file using this format:
FirstName_Month_Year.mp4 (e.g. Emmanuel_August_2024.mp4). - Go to: www.rehobothsprings.ca/vlog-upload.
- Complete the short form with your child’s name and grade.
- Submit the video and watch for confirmation.
There is no weekly deadline. Just be sure to submit all your activity by the end of each month to qualify for that month’s competition.
Prizes and Recognition
- Main prizes are awarded monthly for top entries by age group.
- Bonus awards for categories like Most Creative, Best Memory Verse, and more.
- All participants receive a Certificate of Participation and entry into our celebration giveaway.
