What This Club Is

The Rehoboth Springs Book Reading Club is a monthly program for students ages 10–15 that uses carefully selected books to build:

  • Leadership
  • Strong values and morals
  • Empathy and respect
  • Responsible decision-making
  • Confidence in speaking and expressing ideas

Each month, students read a book, participate in a fun quiz game, and join a guided discussion where they share lessons learned and practical takeaways.

Who Can Join

This club is open to all families. You do not have to be a church member, and the club is not designed to make anyone feel pressured.

Our focus is simple: great books, strong character, and real-life lessons.

Age Groups

We run two age tracks to keep discussions age-appropriate:

  • Track A: Ages 10–12
  • Track B: Ages 13–15

Students are grouped by age for discussion and judging.

Book Access Model
To support accessibility while building long-term sustainability
  • Months 1–3: Books are provided free of charge as a loan (returned at the end of the month).

  • From Month 4 onward, parents purchase the monthly book, and students retain their copy.
  • Commitment Deposit
To support preparedness, consistent attendance, and meaningful participation, a small refundable commitment deposit is required at registration.

This deposit is not a program fee and helps families and students take the program seriously.

The deposit will be refunded after 6 months of consistent participation. Read the Refund and Waiver Policy here.
