VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM

This form must be completed by anyone intending to become an official volunteer for Rehoboth Springs. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive more information about how you can be involved in our events and other opportunities via email. All Rehoboth Springs’ outreaches are self-funded. This application will not be used for employment purposes nor is it an implied contract with Rehoboth Springs. A criminal record check is required to volunteer for Rehoboth Springs Canada. Also, you must be 18 years or older. Students under the age of 18 must submit a consent letter from a parent or legal guardian and be approved by Rehoboth Springs.
